There is nothing in the world that matches being in good health. Because man works and attains good results only by being healthy.

 In the Noble Quran it is declared that:

 “Then shall ye be Questioned that Day about the joy (ye indulged in)!” (1)

 Hadrat Ali-May Allah be well pleased with him- said as a comment on this holy verse: In the day of Last Judgment Allah The Most high will question people firstly about how they used the good health that He gave them.

 Being in good health is a valued gem that is invisible. Its value can only be known when it is lost. It is not a wise behavior for an ill person to give up remedy. (2)

 This beautiful couplet that is attributed to Ottoman Sultan Suleiman expresses health beautifully:

 “There is no such an esteemed thing among people like prosperity

 There is no prosperity like a healthy breathing”
