SULKY FACE
The
opposite of cheerfulness, being sulky and sour faced.
This has nothing to
do with having an ugly face. Because ugliness is a creation
of Allah Almighty, nobody has the right to belittle it and
the ugly one doesn’t have the power to make pretty
himself. But we may criticize being soured faced as we like
which resulting from ignorance and lack of knowledge. Because
the continuation of this bad state is caused by the person’s
lack of good manners and his carelessness in following respect.
Even a cock which crows
by nature forgets his crow in five or six month when it
is threatened for each crow. Is human lower than that cock?
In this world everybody
expects a cheerful face and pleasant words. Other than the
ones who have a need, nobody endures the sulky face and
cold words of a scowling person, even his relatives.
Arabic word “ubuset”
means being sour faced, scowling and unlikable.
This is a bad habit that stems from ignorance and not being
in harmony with oneself and with the society. It’s
an evil attitude that comes out from the clash of a lot
of bad habits.
In this world everybody
expects a cheerful face and pleasant words from others. Never
and nowhere the sour faced and sulky people who make others
uneasy and unhappy as they are inside are liked and respected.
Any body other than the ones, who are compelled, doesn’t
endure the annoyance of such people.
