MALICE
Malice
is having the feelings of enmity and bad interest in one’s
heart. Its Arabic counterpart “garaz” also has
another sense of intention and purpose.
Malignant people do
not hesitate to reveal their hatred when they have an opportunity.
It’s possible
to be wary of the badness of the people who reveal their
maliciousness. So the danger of the ones who nourish a grudge
secretly is greater than the ones who made it known. Then
it’s better to examine the character and feelings
of people with whom a friendship will be formed and to be
a way from the ones who has the habit of covetousness and
who nourish the feeling of enmity inside of them.
What is the way of doing
this consideration? People usually can not hide the things
they do and they feel. Who has vindictiveness and maliciousness
in the heart tells the feelings like hatred, enmity he has
against others, as if they are a result of his bold personality.
Thus others who analyze these words in depth can easily
understand his character.
If we use the word “garaz”
in the sense of purpose and aim, this is not regarded as
bad unless it exceeds the limits. This is natural for everyone
and there is almost nobody who has not a purpose in life.
Wise people who gave their heart to the Truth, simile at
the behaviors and attitudes of the people who have no aim
and purpose and who lost their senses. (1)
